Bruegger's 2016 Spring Menu Includes a Bacon, Egg & Brie Sandwich

Bruegger's Bagels' 2016 spring menu includes two new sandwiches featuring Brie and green apples. The bagel chain has also added new Cold Brew Coffee.

The two new sandwiches are the Bacon, Egg & Brie sandwich and The Parisian.

As you could have probably guessed from the name, the Bacon, Egg & Brie features peppered bacon, fresh-cracked egg, creamy Brie cheese, and sliced green apples on a toasted Everything bagel or bagel of your choice.

The Parisian also includes green apple and Brie and pairs them with hardwood-smoked ham on butter-toasted wheat bread.

The new coffee features Aztec Organic coffee beans steeped for 20 hours in small batches. The brand describes the flavor as smooth with "hints of citrus and caramel."

Returning for the season are Sea Salt & Caramel Coffee, the Ranch Bagel, and Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese.

The seasonal menu items are available at participating Bruegger's Bagels locations nationwide through June 14, 2016.
