Denny's Introduces Honey Jalapeno Bacon as Part of Red White & Bacon Menu

Denny's debuts new thick-cut honey jalapeno bacon as a key feature in their American-themed "Red, White and Bacon" menu.

The limited-time menu is being cross-promoted with the new Independence Day: Resurgence movie, which hits theaters on June 24, 2016, hence the all-American theme.

There are seven items featured on the menu including:

- New Triple Bacon Sampler - Two strips of honey jalapeno bacon, two strips of hickory-smoked bacon, and two strips of turkey bacon, plus two eggs cooked to order, hash browns, and a choice of bread.

- New Honey Jalapeno Bacon Slam - Two strips honey jalapeno bacon, two eggs cooked to order, two pancakes and hash browns.

- New Honey Jalapeño Bacon Sriracha Burger - Sriracha-seasoned, hand-pressed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, two strips of honey jalapeno bacon, and creamy Sriracha sauce, on Denny’s new brioche bun with a side of French fries.

- New Loaded Bacon, Steak & Potato Skillet - Diced bacon and prime rib with seasoned red-skinned potatoes and broccoli on a hot skillet, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and pepper jack queso.

- New Bacon Cheddar Tots - House-made tots made with shredded potatoes, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Sour cream comes on the side for dipping.

- Red, White & Blue Slam - Two blueberry buttermilk pancakes topped with sliced fresh strawberries, cream cheese icing, and whipped cream, served with two eggs cooked to order, hash browns, and a choice of two bacon strips or sausage links.

- Maple Bacon Sundae - Two layers of premium vanilla ice cream, maple syrup, and bacon.

The diner chain is also featuring two new seasonal blueberry drinks: the Lemon Berry Smoothie and Berry Blue Lemonade.
