California Pizza Kitchen's 2016 Summer Menu Features Plenty of Strawberries

California Pizza Kitchen's (CPK) summer menu goes with a strawberry theme that includes a salad, dessert, and drinks.

Here's what's featured for CPK's seasonal 2016 summer menu:

- California Fields Salad - Field greens topped with fresh watermelon and sliced strawberries, basil, feta, pistachios, and housemade champagne vinaigrette. Grilled salmon, shrimp, or chicken can also be added.

- Strawberry Shortcake - A shortcake biscuit with strawberries, whipped cream, lemon zest, and Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.

- Fresh Strawberry Mango Cooler (non-alcoholic) - Fresh strawberries shaken with Fresca and Monin South Seas blend syrup, which features the flavors of mango, guava, and ginger.

- Strawberry Lime Margarita (alcoholic) - Casamigos Tequila Blanco, fresh strawberries, strawberry puree, fresh agave sour, and lime.

Alas, there's no strawberry pizza on the menu...
