The cut of beef is prepared by being smoked over wood for four hours and seasoned with a sweet and tangy sauce. It can be ordered on a number of menu items including burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads, and the new Outlaw Knockout Taco.
The taco features brisket, Ancho Chili BBQ sauce, habanero salsa, corn salsa, fresh cilantro, and Cotija cheese, on a warm corn tortilla.
Other meat options at the chain include chicken, ground beef, pulled pork, grilled steak, and shredded beef.
