KFC bakes up
new Green Tea Biscuits over in Hong Kong. Like the name suggests, the biscuits are made with green tea powder for taste and color.
Unlike KFC's biscuits here in the US, the ones in Hong Kong appear to be more like drop biscuits and most resemble the ones that are served at Church's Chicken. In fact, their regularly available biscuit is a honey biscuit that looks like a carbon copy of a Church's biscuit.
Also new at the fried chicken chain's Hong Kong branch is a slightly healthier rendition of the
infamous Double Down that sports lettuce and tomato between two fried chicken filets instead of bacon and cheese.
