Milka Oreo Chocolate Candy Bars Land in the US

Previously only available abroad, Milka Oreo Chocolate Candy Bars have arrived in the US with a roll-out beginning this week.

The Oreo-themed candy bar line joins the best-selling cookie in the US with the #1 chocolate candy in Europe (both brands are produced by Mondelez International, formerly Kraft Foods).

There are several varieties from the new line including:

- Milka OREO Big Crunch Chocolate Candy Bar - A layer of Oreo wafer cookies between two layers of vanilla creme filling, coated in European Milka chocolate candy ("chocolate candy" tends to mean it doesn't quite qualify for the FDA definition of "milk chocolate"). The 10.5-oz bar carries a suggested retail price of $4.99.

- Milka OREO Chocolate Candy Bar - Bits of Oreo cookie mixed in vanilla creme filling coated in European Milka chocolate candy. It will be available in three sizes: 1.44 oz for $0.98, 2.88 oz for $1.69, and 3.52 oz for $1.79.

- Milka OREO Choco-Mix Snack Mix Bag - A mix of Oreo mini chocolate sandwich cookies, Golden Oreo mini sandwich cookies, Milka Chocolate Candy Buttons, and candy-coated chocolate pieces. It will come in a 6.1 oz. bag with a suggested price of $3.69.

The Milka OREO Big Crunch Chocolate Candy Bar is currently rolling out with limited distribution at select retailers, including Wal-Mart, Kroger, ShopRite, and Albertsons. All three varieties will roll out nationwide in January 2017.
