Starbucks will expand their gluten-free selection in 2017 with the introduction of
new Sous Vide Egg Bites and a Certified Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich.
The Sous Vide Egg Bites arrive in next month and are meant to be a "wheat-free, low-calorie, high-protein, convenient breakfast." While details are sparse, they look to offer at least two varieties: one with veggies & ham and one with bacon (and cheese?).
The Certified Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich will come along a little later for a spring 2017 launch. It consists of Canadian bacon, cheddar, and egg on a gluten-free multigrain roll.
