Bruegger's 2017 Winter Menu Features New Bellapeno Bagel

Bruegger's chooses spicy heat for this year's 2017 winter menu. The bagel chain introduces new spicy cheese as well as a new spicy bagel and features them both in one new sandwich: the Spicy Bellapeno Egg.

New Spicy Cheddar Pimiento joins the brand's cream cheese selection and is made with grated sharp cheddar, chopped pimiento peppers, jalapenos, garlic, onion, and black pepper.

The new Bellapeno bagel includes red bell peppers and jalapenos.

The two join forces in the Spicy Bellapeno sandwich, where they find themselves in the company of a fresh-cracked egg and chorizo sausage.

Bruegger's is also offering the Mo Rockin' turkey sandwich. It features harissa Greek yogurt sauce (harissa is a spicy red pepper paste popular in Middle Eastern and African cuisine), roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, fresh arugula, seasoned tomatoes, and pickled red onions on toasted sliced brioche.

On the drink side of things, French Toast Coffee returns.

The seasonal menu is available through April 4, 2017 at participating locations.
