Baja Shrimp Returns to El Pollo Loco in Four New Items

Baja Shrimp is back on the El Pollo Loco menu for a limited time and can be found featured in four new menu items.

The chain's annual shrimp dish is marinated with chipotle chilies and garlic before cooking. It's featured in the following items:

- Shrimp Avocado Tacos - Coming two to an order, each taco features Baja shrimp, avocado, roasted Baja crema, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo salsa folded in a corn-flour blend tortilla.

- Mango Avocado Shrimp Tostada - Baja shrimp, sliced avocado, mango salsa, pinto beans, rice and jack cheese on a bed of lettuce blend in a crisp-fried tostada shell. Creamy cilantro dressing comes on the side.

- Garlic Butter Shrimp Bowl - Broccoli, corn, garlic butter, Baja shrimp, and fa lemon wedge served atop of rice.

- Shrimp Wrap - Baja shrimp, avocado, roasted baja crema, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo wrapped in a wheat tortilla. A side salad and creamy cilantro dressing is included.
