Tim Hortons Celebrates Canada with New Poutine Donuts in the U.S.

Looking to share a bit of their Canadian heritage with us south of the border, Tim Hortons unveils a number of Canadian-inspired menu items include Poutine Donuts but only for one day.

The sweet and savory donuts come in celebration of Canada's 150th anniversary and can be found at select U.S. locations on July 1, 2017 AKA Canada Day. For $1.49, you get a Honey Dip Donut topped with potato wedges, gravy, and cheese curds.

Also available that day is the Maple Bacon Iced Capp, which is a blended frozen coffee drink topped with whipped cream, maple flakes, and bacon bits. It will cost $3.49 for a medium.

To round out the selection, Maple Timbits (donut holes) will be available in the US throughout the month of July at 25 cents each or $1.99 for a 10-pack.

Interestingly, you won't be able to get the Poutine Donut at Tim Hortons in Canada (at least not yet).
