P.F. Chang's Unveils New Lunch Bowls Including Bibimbap and Udon

P.F. Chang's whips up a new Lunch Bowl Menu featuring regionally-inspired Asian rice and noodle dishes such as Korean bibimbap and Japanese udon.

The new Lunch Bowl line-up features the following:

- New Korean Bibimbap - Chicken or steak, fresh greens, Asian mushrooms, and market vegetables over rice, topped with a fried egg and kimchi slaw.

- New Chiang Mai Noodle Bowl - Marinated chicken, ramen noodles, coconut curry broth, grape tomatoes, and wonton crisps.

- New Tokyo Udon Noodle Bowl - Chicken or steak, Udon noodles, fresno peppers, green onion, mushrooms, and fresh basil.

- New Thai Harvest Curry - Red curry, butternut squash, five-spice tofu, rustic vegetables, and Asian mushrooms, topped with Fresno peppers.


- New Tempura Bowl - Shrimp and vegetable tempura on a bed of fried rice. Sweet chili dipping sauce comes on the side.

- Mongolian Beef Bowl - Sweet soy glaze, flank steak, garlic and snipped green onions.

- Chang’s Spicy Chicken Bowl - Chicken with signature sweet-spicy chili sauce and green onion.

- Crispy Honey Chicken Bowl - Lightly-battered chicken in tangy honey sauce with green onion.
