The new bagel comes with Annie's Hometown macaroni and cheese baked in, while the new, limited-time menu offers a taste of the Midwest, South, and Southwest.
The line-up consists of:
- Cheesy Mac Breakfast - Thick-cut bacon, cage-free eggs, and cheddar cheese on a Mac & Cheese Bagel (Midwest).
- Cheesy Mac Lunch - Ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on a Mac & Cheese Bagel (Midwest).
- Crispy Chicken & Tater Breakfast - A crispy chicken breast, cage-free eggs, cheddar cheese, and Country Pepper Shmear on a Cheesy Hash Brown Bagel (South).
- Crispy Chicken & Tater Lunch - A crispy chicken breast, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on a Cheesy Hash Brown Bagel (South).
- Green Chile Egg White - Turkey sausage, egg whites, pepper jack cheese, tomatillo salsa, and reduced-fat Plain Shmear on a Green Chile Bagel (Southwest)
- Green Chile Club - Turkey, thick-cut bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on a Green Chile Bagel (Southwest).
As an added bonus, participating Einstein Bros. locations will reward you for not going anywhere during certain busy travel periods (namely, Memorial Day weekend [May 26 - 28, 2018], Fourth of July [July 2 - 6, 2018], and Labor Day [September 1 - 3, 2018]) by offering a buy one, get one free deal on any Flavors Across America sandwich when you show a local I.D. during those periods.
