The seasonal treat features minced carrots, orange peel, pineapple, golden raisins, and fall spices. It's sweetened with cane sugar and molasses and given depth by apple and lemon juice concentrates.
You can spread it on crackers, bagels, and toast or the like or even use it as the filling for a cake (maybe a carrot cake?).
