Grinch's Green Pancakes consists of green-tinged buttermilk pancakes topped with cream cheese icing, red candy hearts, and a dollop of green whipped topping. The pancakes and be ordered as a side (two pancakes), full stack (four pancakes). or as part of a combo.
The Grinch-theme also extends to an omelette, hot chocolate, and kids meal.
The Who-Roast Beast Omelette is an egg omelette filled with hash browns, shredded beef, shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, jalapeno and onion blend, and topped with cheese, barbecue sauce, and a Serrano pepper. It also comes with 3 Buttermilk Pancakes or a choice of side.
The Minty Who Hot Chocolate features hot chocolate with mint syrup finished with green whipped topping and red candy hearts. There's also a "Young" version for kids that's the same but smaller.
Finally, there's the Mt. Crumpit Kids Combo which includes a green buttermilk pancake topped with cream cheese icing, red candy hearts, and green whipped topping. The pancake is joined by a scrambled egg, bacon strip. and pork sausage link.
The Grinch-themed menu items can be found at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide through the end of the year.
