The suggested price for one is $2.99. It's also being offered in a $5 Box combo along with a crunchy taco, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, and a medium fountain drink.
According the Taco Bell website and social media channels, the menu item is "only here for a hot second," which suggests that only a limited amount was sent to each location and once they're out, they're out.
