This is more like a beef bowl than a bibimbap you might find at a Korean restaurant.
The vegetable mix includes zucchini, onion, red bell peppers, and carrots. They were cooked through till soft but not mushy. They're not seasoned much (or at all).
Overall, Bibigo's Soy Garlic Beef Bibimbap turned out rather well as far as the beef and the veggies go, but the rice was not so great. If you like beef teriyaki but with a lighter sauce, this is similar.
