Jimmy John's Launches New Frenchie Sandwich Nationwide

Jimmy John's launches the new Frenchie sandwich nationally as a value-priced menu option that is pre-made and only sold in limited amounts each day.

The fairly simple sandwich features all-natural salami and capicola, hand-sliced provolone, and salted butter on a baguette. It is so-named because it is inspired by France (likely by butter sandwiches such as the jambon-beurre).

If you've seen the Frenchie before, it was tested in select areas last year.

My local Jimmy John's prices them at $4.99 each (compared to $5.99 for a Ham & Cheese Plain Slim and $6.79 for a Classic Ham & Provolone). The suggested price is the same as a Slim.
