Potbelly Gets Trendy with New Avo Toast

Potbelly gets in on the avocado toast trend with a limited-time run of new Avo Toast. They've also added the new Cold Brew Coffee Shake.

Avo Toast features toasted bread layered with sliced avocados, cucumbers, red peppers, onions, and feta.

The Cold Brew Coffee Shake vanilla ice cream blended with cold brew coffee, topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Both new items can be found at participating Potbelly locations nationwide for a limited time.
