I ended up getting these because I had ordered the new Spicy Chicken Strips via the mobile app but they ran out and I've never tried Jack's regular chicken tenders (despite having tried most of the menu, including the egg rolls). It's supposed to cost $6.19 for four at my local Jack in the Box but these ended up costing $3.49 as a substitution for the Spicy version.
Had I paid $6.19 for them, I would have been super disappointed as they're notably small compared to other fast food chicken strips and cost more (the norm is close to $1 a strip). They're similar in shape to Burger King's Chicken Fries but were slightly bigger than my index finger.
Beyond the diminutive size, the strips were decent enough. Despite the thinnest, the chicken inside was moist, while the breading was fairly light and crispy. They're lightly seasoned and feel a bit plain eaten as is but make for a nice blank canvas as far as dipping goes.
The short of it is this: Jack in the Box's Crispy Chicken Strips were enjoyable for $3.49 but would make me pretty sad for $6.19 (especially when their Spicy Chicken Strips are $3.49 for three bigger strips).
