- Bruegger's Bagels - You can pre-order heart-shaped Plain, Blueberry or Cinnamon Raisin bagels by the dozen for Mother's Day pickup now through May 11. The bagels will also be available in bakeries for same-day purchase.
- Cicis - Mother’s Day weekend (May 11 to 12) take-out offer - Pick 3 for $3.99 each, choose from any combination of: a medium one-topping pizza, 24-count Cheesy Bread, 20-count Cinnamon Rolls and 24-count Brownies (minimum purchase of 3).
- CPK - Heart-shaped pizzas available through May 12, 2019 at participating restaurants.
- Einstein Bros. - Heart-shaped bagels available for pre-order. They're also available on May 12, 2019, while supplies last.
- KFC - Free delivery via Grubhub - Customers will automatically receive free delivery (no code needed) when they order KFC through Grubhub.com, the Grubhub app, Seamless.com or the Seamless app on May 12, 2019. Free delivery will be offered all day based on restaurant hours and is available at over 2,200 KFC restaurant locations.
They're also giving four free Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits with any 10-piece meal (or larger) purchase.
- Fogo de Chao - Dine-in on May 12, 2019 and mom will get a complimentary Dining Card good for a Full Churrasco Lunch, Dinner, or Sunday Brunch on her next visit (restrictions apply) at participating locations.
- Nando's - Half-price Sangria on May 12, 2019. It's normally $5.99 per glass and $16.99 per pitcher.
- Papa John's - They've brought back heart-shaped pizzas through Mother's Day.
- Ruth's Chris - On May 11 to 12, dine-in (entree purchase) and mom will get a $25 gift coupon for a future visit (expires June 30, 2019)
- Tim Hortons - This Mother’s Day, select US Tim Hortons restaurants are offering a 52-oz "Mom-sized" iced coffee on May 12, 2019. - Wienerschnitzel - On May 12, 2019, moms who show proof of "mom-bership" receive a free Chili Dog Meal consisting of an original Wienerschnitzel Chili Dog, small French fries, and a small drink.
