El Pollo Loco Puts Together New Street Corn Chicken Tostada

El Pollo Loco features Mexican street corn (also known as elote) in their latest limited-time menu item: the Street Corn Chicken Tostada.

The Street Corn Tostada features flame-grilled chicken, avocado, sweet summer corn, a bit of citrus chile seasoning, pinto beans, rice, creamy cilantro dressing, lettuce, and locally-sourced queso fresco in a crispy tostada shell.

The chain is also offering the Chicken & Avocado Tostada for a limited time. It consists of rice, pinto beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, flame-grilled chicken, sliced avocado and queso fresco in a crispy-fried tostada shell.

Both tostada are available for a limited time through July 2, 2019. The suggested price tag on each is $6.99.
