Review: Devour - Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac & Cheese

Devour's Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac & Cheese features cavatappi pasta, chicken, and smoked ham in a creamy Swiss cheese and provolone cheese sauce.

The pasta turned out pretty al dente with a relatively firm texture and slight chewiness. With the shape and ridges, it picked up the sauce really well.

The cheese sauce was fairly thick and smooth with a slight bitterness and nuttiness to go with a rich creaminess.

There was about three or four large chunks of chicken with grill marks and a number of diced ham cubes. The chicken was tender and juicy while the ham was good for a salty bit of smokiness.

Overall, Devour's Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac & Cheese turned out really well and is worth a try if you like mac and cheese with just a slight, conventional twist in the flavor department. Everything fit pretty well together.
