Bojangles' Introduces New Cajun Filet Biscuit with Pimento Cheese

Bojangles' adds pimento cheese to the menu for a limited time with the arrival of the new Cajun Filet Biscuit with Pimento Cheese as well as the option to add pimento cheese to any menu item.

Bojangles' take on pimento cheese features three types of cheese, diced pimentos, mayo, and Bojangles' seasoning.

The Cajun Filet Biscuit with Pimento Cheese features a crispy-fried, Cajun-spiced chicken breast filet and spread of new pimento cheese on a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit.
