Friendly's Launches New Lobster Quesadilla and More as Part of 2019 Summer Menu

Friendly's adds a number of new dishes for the summer including the new Lobster Quesadilla.

The quesadilla features lobster tossed in warm garlic sauce and folds it in a flour tortilla along with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar. It comes with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Also available for a limited time this summer are:

- New Lobster Mac & Cheese - "Hearty, extra cheesy" corkscrew pasta topped with warm garlicky lobster, crispy breadcrumbs, and crumbled applewood-smoked bacon. It comes with a side salad.

- New Fisherman’s Platter - Fried shrimp, clam strips, and tavern-battered cod fillet served with coleslaw, fries, fresh lemon, and a choice of tartar or cocktail sauce.

- New Parmesan Sourdough Cheeseburger - A grilled beef patty, Dijon mustard, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and grilled onions on sourdough bread grilled with an Asiago, Parmesan, Romano and garlic cheese crust. Fries are included on the side.

- Ollie the Octopus Sundae - Orange sherbet, cherries, sour gummy worms, and ooey gooey blue marshmallow topping. It's free with an entree purchase for children under 12.

- Strawberry Shortcake Sundae - Shortcake and vanilla ice cream drizzled with fresh strawberry topping and finished in whipped cream.

The seasonal items are available through September 8, 2019 at participating restaurants.
