The sandwich features brisket that has been smoked for 13 hours. The slow-cooked meat is served with cheddar, pickles, red onions, and a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce on your choice of bread.
Also new at Quiznos are three "chef-inspired" salads: the Apple Harvest Chicken Salad, Italian Salad, and Chef Salad.
The Apple Harvest Chicken Salad features honey-Dijon chicken salad, apples, dried cranberries, cucumber, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and an apple cider vinaigrette.
The Italian Salad includes pepperoni, salami, capicola, ham, mozzarella, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes, onions, and a red wine vinaigrette.
The Chef Salad consists of ham, turkey, and bacon, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and ranch dressing.
The Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich can be found at participating locations from July 30, 2019 through October 21, 2019, while the salads are part of the permanent menu.
