While fairly soft, the noodles had a nice chew and elasticity to them. They held onto the sauce pretty well.
The yakisoba was a sweet and savory soy sauce with a bit of vinegary tang.
The steak turned out rather well. It was meaty, flavorful, and somewhat tender.
The veggies were soft but not mushy and offered up a light flavor, which is pretty good for frozen food. Often times, in similar frozen meals, they're mushy and flavorless.
Overall, Benihana's Steak Yakisoba was quite enjoyable. Each of the components heated up nicely and the sauce imparted a nice mix of sweet, savory, and sour without being overpowering.
