Hostess Keeps Birthday Cupcakes Around Permanently

Citing, "consumers' blockbuster response," Hostess has decided to add Birthday Cupcakes to their permanent snack cake line-up.

The cupcakes were first introduced early this year to help celebrate the brand's 100th year in business and, apparently, people have eaten about 31 million Birthday Cupcakes.

Hostess Birthday Cupcakes consists of golden cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles baked in, topped with vanilla icing, more rainbow sprinkles, and the brand's trademark squiggle.

You can find Birthday Cupcakes nationwide in boxes with multiple cupcakes as well as single-serve two-packs.
