The cinnamon- and brown sugar-spiced shortbread cookie has the appearance of a saluting toy soldier like those in "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers." The design is also meant to lend itself to holiday decorating with icing and the like.
You can find the seasonal cookies at major retailers nationwide as well as at the Radio City Music Hall during this year's Christmas Spectacular for a limited time.
