Arby's Tests New All-Day Brunch Sandwiches

Arby's is testing new, all-day Brunch Sandwiches for a limited time in select restaurants in Ohio as well as in the Oklahoma City area.

Arby's Brunch Sandwiches come in two varieties: Bacon, Ham & Egg and Brisket, Avocado & Egg.

The Bacon, Ham & Egg Brunch Sandwich features thin-sliced pit-smoked ham, cinnamon-sugar bacon, a crispy-fried potato cake (i.e. a hash brown patty), a fresh-cracked egg, and a French toast-inspired sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

The Brisket, Avocado & Egg Brunch Sandwich takes thin-sliced smoked brisket and serves it with a fresh-cracked egg, a crispy-fried potato cake, a slice of cheddar, and creamy avocado spread on a toasted brioche bun.

It should be noted that if these items should go national, it would likely be accompanied by a breakfast expansion as Arby's only currently serves breakfast at select locations (either that or they'd have to arrange to cook and serve eggs at each location). It's also possible they might roll it out at only those locations serving breakfast.
