Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Launch New Big Fried Cheese (BFC) Angus Thickburger

Carl's Jr. and Hardee's offer up a crispy-fried patty of melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese with the launch of the new, limited-time Big Fried Cheese (BFC) Angus Thickburger.

The breaded cheese patty is joined by a charbroiled third-pound Angus beef patty, lettuce, tomato, and Boom Boom sauce on a toasted buttery bun. Apparently, the BFC Angus Thickburger was "designed for the 'wow' factor of the cheese pull."

You can find the Big Fried Cheese Angus Thickburger at participating Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurants at a suggested price of $5.99 (may vary).

Hardee's (but not Carl's Jr.) also has a breakfast sandwich, the BFC Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, that pairs the BFC cheese patty with folded egg and applewood-smoked bacon on toasted sourdough.
