Subway to Test New Cauliflower Fritters in Wraps and A La Carte Starting February 27, 2020

Subway looks at adding a new veggie option for their subs with a test of new Cauliflower Fritter Signature Wraps and Cauliflower Dippers at participating locations in Baltimore, MD and Seattle, WA for a limited time starting February 27, 2020.

The new Cauliflower Fritters feature white cauliflower seasoned with onions and garlic, covered in a crispy coating. Also new and meant to be paired with the fritters is a creamy curry sauce that's made with red pepper, basil, coconut milk, curry powder, red chili, garlic, and ginger.

During the test, participating Subway restaurants will carry the following test menu items:

- Cauliflower Curry Signature Wrap - A spinach wrap filled with Cauliflower Fritters, lettuce, red onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and curry sauce.

- Cauliflower Ranch Signature Wrap - A tomato basil wrap filled with Cauliflower Fritters, spinach, tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos and ranch sauce.

- Cauliflower Dippers - Two Cauliflower Fritters served with a sauce of your choice.
