The dish was created exclusively for Pei Wei by celebrity chef Jet Tila and features steamed white meat chicken, red bell peppers, onions, snap peas, garlic, Thai Basil, and cashews tossed in a spicy hoisin sauce.
Pricing for Spicy Thai Basil Cashew Chicken falls in line with the chain's other chicken entree (it costs $9.29 here in Southern California) and can be found at Pei Wei restaurants nationwide.
