Buffalo Wild Wings updates their vegetable-based offerings with the debut of new Cauliflower Wings and the revamp of their salads.
New Cauliflower Wings are crispy-fried and tossed in Asian Zing sauce (or any other sauce of your choice) and then topped with everything pretzel spice, sesame, garlic, salt, pepper, Fresno peppers, and green onions.
The salad menu revamp includes the addition of the new Buffalo Wedge salad and a rework of the Chicken Caesar and Chopped Cobb salads.
The Buffalo Wedge features a mini wedged head of romaine with blue cheese dressing, bacon, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, green onions, and a breaded chicken tender drizzled with medium Buffalo sauce.
The Chicken Caesar consists of a bed of romaine topped with upgraded Caesar dressing (with more parmesan notes), shaved parmesan cheese, lemon pepper seasoning, croutons, and sliced garlic parmesan-flavored chicken.
Finally, the Chopped Cobb Salad comes with diced grilled chicken, tomato, bacon, a hard-boiled egg, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, green onions, buffalo seasoning, and everything seasoning over a bed of romaine.
