Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Welcomes New Prime Rib Thickburger, Burrito, and Biscuit Sandwich

Carl's Jr. and Hardee's welcomes the new Prime Rib menu for a limited time, which features prime rib on a burger, wrapped up in a tortilla, and on a biscuit.

Both chains are serving up the Prime Rib & Cheddar Angus Thickburger, Prime Rib & Fried Egg Biscuit, and Prime Rib Burrito.

The Prime Rib & Cheddar Angus Thickburger features a third-pound black Angus beef patty, sliced prime rib, cheddar sauce, and caramelized onions on a toasted premium bun.

The Prime Rib & Fried Egg Biscuit consists of sliced prime rib, Swiss cheese, and a fresh-cracked fried egg, on a buttermilk biscuit. The fried egg is a new additional to the menu and provides another egg option in case you don't want folded eggs.

The Prime Rib Burrito differs slightly between the two sister chains. The Carl's Jr. version includes sliced prime rib, fluffy eggs, salsa, and shredded cheese wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. The Hardee's version is much the same but does not include salsa.
