New Reese's Snack Cakes feature chocolate cake topped with Reese's peanut butter creme and then covered with milk chocolate.
The milk chocolate coating sets the new product apart from other chocolaty snack cakes, which typically feature a chocolaty coating made of cocoa rather than chocolate ("chocolate" requires a combination of cocoa solids and cocoa butter).
A 2.75-oz package of two cakes will retail for $1.99 and will be available at convenience stores nationwide.
