Papa John's Tests New Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza

Papa John's looks into adding a cheese-stuffed crust pizza to the menu with a test of the new Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza that spans several states, including areas of Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas.

The new pizza takes the chain's hand-tossed pizza dough, fills the edges with cheese, and "baked it to a crispy golden goodness." A large, 1-topping Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza is being offered for a promotional price of $12, which is comparable to Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust Pizza when they're running a special.

Of the Big Four pizza chains (Domino's, Little Caesars, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut), only Little Caesars and Pizza Hut currently offer a stuffed crust pizza.
