The Rainbow Cake features six layers of rainbow-colored vanilla cake (each layer is a different color of the rainbow) with vanilla icing and rainbow sprinkles. It can be ordered by the slice or you can purchase an entire cake.
Buddy Valastro got the "Cake Boss" moniker from a TV show of the same name that follows him and his family at their bakery, Carlo's Bakery, in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Also available this holiday season at TGI Fridays is Fridays Holiday Pasta, which features red and white-striped cheese tortelloni with sauteed chicken and broccoli in an Alfredo sauce. It can be ordered as an entree or as a family-sized portion for takeout.
