This year's Pollo Fit Bowl line-up features two keto-friendly options and three varieties in all, including:
- Double Protein Avocado Pollo Fit Bowl (keto-friendly) - A a double portion of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, cilantro lime cauliflower rice, sliced avocados, TapatÃo seasoning, house-made pico de gallo salsa, and queso fresco.
- Double Protein Fajita Pollo Fit Bowl - A double portion of citrus-marinated fire-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, seasoned black beans, fajita vegetables, sliced avocados, Tapatio seasoning, and queso fresco.
- Double Protein Mexican Caesar Pollo Fit Bowl (keto-friendly) - A double portion of citrus-marinated fire-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, sliced radishes, crumbled cotija cheese, sliced avocados, Tapatio seasoning, and a lemon wedge.
El Pollo Loco will also be updating their dressing this year. They're planning on removing high-fructose corn syrup from their Creamy Cilantro Dressing early this year and will be replacing Citrus Vinaigrette with new Mexican Vinagrette, which is Keto Certified and free of high-fructose corn syrup.
