The new grain-free cereal (the main ingredient is lentil protein) features 12 grams of plant-based protein and one gram of sugar (it's sweetened with allulose and monk fruit) per serving and, according to Kashi, is priced at roughly half the cost of other keto-friendly cereals (a quick look at popular keto-friendly cereals sees a price range of $7 to $10 for 8- to 10-oz boxes) and costs $4.99 per 7-oz box.
Kashi Go Keto-Friendly Cereal can be found nationwide at Target, Kroger, Shoprite, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Amazon. It comes in two flavors: Cinnamon Vanilla and Dark Cocoa.
The keto or ketogenic diet generally calls for high-fat, moderate-protein, and low-carb foods.
