Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Release "New" Angus Steakhouse Thickburger

Carl's Jr. and Hardee's adds the new Angus Steakhouse Thickburger to the menu for a limited time. The burger is brand new at Hardee's and technically new at Carl's Jr. (in that it now comes with a different bun and possibly a different steak sauce).

The Angus Steakhouse Thickburger features a 1/3-lb. Angus beef patty seasoned with Canadian steak seasoning (also known as Montreal steak seasoning) served with A.1. Steak Sauce, two bacon strips, melted Swiss cheese, tomato, red onions, and mayo on a potato bun.

Carl's Jr. introduced the Angus Steakhouse Thickburger last summer but it came with A.1. Thick and Hearty Steak Sauce and with a "premium bun." Both Carl's Jr. and Hardee's have also used the "Steakhouse Thickburger" moniker for a burger with blue cheese, A.1. Steak sauce, and crispy onion strings.
