The Strawberry Frosty features the chain's Vanilla Frosty as a base and blends it in the Frosty machine with strawberry puree. While it's around, it replaces the Vanilla Frosty (the Chocolate Frosty is still available during the promotional period).
While Wendy's has never offered a Strawberry Frosty here in the US, they did offer a Strawberry Shake (made with strawberry syrup) as well as a Strawberry Shortcake Frosty Parfait a while back. Both had to be mixed by an employee using the Vanilla Frosty as a base rather than coming straight from the Frosty machine.
