Featuring "adventure-inspired tacos" drawing flavors that hail from Hawaii, New York, and New Orleans, the new line includes a trio of tacos:
- New Hula Hula Carnitas Taco - Pork marinated in a blend of gochujang, achiote, and garlic, wrapped in a banana leaf and slow-cooked for an effect similar to kalua pork. The resulting pork is served on a stone-ground corn tortilla with mango salsa, black sesame seeds, cotija cheese, and a slice of lime.
- New Blaised & Glazed Crispy Chicken Taco - A "tangy, zesty taco twist" on Buffalo chicken featuring crispy-fried chicken tossed in Frank's RedHot sauce, served on a warm flour tortilla with shredded cabbage, homemade ranch sauce, house-pickled celery and jalapeno, cotija cheese, and celery seed.
- New Ancho Po-Boy Shrimp Taco - Flash-fried ancho-lime shrimp with Cajun aioli, served on a warm flour tortilla with shredded cabbage, salsa fresca, and a slice of lime.
The new Rubio's x Blais Street Tacos can be purchased individually or as part of a plate that includes your choice of any three street tacos, a side of black beans, and warm tortilla chips.
