Old El Paso Launches New Burrito Bowl Kits and More

Old El Paso launches new Burrito Bowl Kits, Street Taco Kits, Squeeze Sauces, and Cilantro Lime Rice.

The brand's new Burrito Bowl Kit comes in three varieties: Chipotle Chicken, Adobo Steak, and Seasoned Beef.

Each kit includes cilantro lime white rice, seasoning mix, and queso blanco sauce. You're left to add a protein (or two) and/or vegetables as you like. 

Similarly, Old El Paso Street Taco Kits also come in three varieties: Carne Asada Steak (with Medium Creamy Chipotle Sauce), Asado Chicken (with Medium Creamy Jalapeno Sauce), and Barbacoa Beef (with Mild Salsa Verde).

Each Street Taco Kit includes 12 Street Taco flour tortillas, seasoning mix, and topping sauce/salsa. As with the Burrito Bowl Kits, you'll need to add a protein and/or vegetables as you like.

Both meal kits are each meant to serve 4 people and take about 30 minutes to prepare.

New Squeeze Sauces come in two flavors: Spicy Queso Blanco and Cilantro Lime Fire Roasted Verde. They feature a 9-oz, "no-drip" squeeze bottle that meant to be convenient and relatively mess-free.

New Cilantro Lime Rice is meant to "recreate restaurant-worthy cilantro lime rice at home" and takes 25 minutes to prepare.

The new Old El Paso items can be found at major retailers nationwide starting this month. Both Burrito Bowl Meal Kits and Street Taco Meal Kits carry a suggested price of $3.99. The suggested price for Squeeze Sauces is $3.88, while Cilantro Lime Rice carries a suggested price of $1.89.
