New Campero Bowls feature Campero Rice, Campero Beans, fresh spring mix, roasted corn and peppers, pico de gallo, smashed avocado, feta cheese, a choice of chopped fried chicken or citrus-marinated grilled chicken breast, and a lime wedge.
Prices vary but the bowls cost $9.25 each here in Los Angeles. However, they're offering a buy-one-get-one-for-$1 special on the bowls when you order through their website or app through September 14, 2021.
The chain's Campero Rice consists of white rice cooked in chicken broth mixed with black pepper-blended corn, roasted green and red bell peppers, and yellow onions. Campero Beans combine slow-roasted beans with chorizo, mild poblanos, chopped onions, and diced tomatoes.
