Einstein Bros. Bacon & Queso Egg Sandwich features an update on Einstein Bros' previous queso recipe that adds Jalapeno Salsa Shmear and green chiles. The new queso is served with applewood-smoked bacon, and seasoned cage-free eggs on a fresh-baked bagel of your choice.
You can also add queso to any Einstein Bros. sandwich for 75 cents extra.
Once it launches, the Bacon & Queso Egg Sandwich will be available at participating locations chainwide, excluding licensed stores inside colleges, airports, hotels, and hospitals.
