Boston Market's Crispy Chicken Cordon Bleu features a crispy chicken breast topped with a creamy white wine sauce made with diced ham, Swiss cheese, and a touch of Dijon mustard. It's priced at $11.29 to get it as part of a meal with a choice of two sides and a cornbread.
You can also opt to get the same sauce on rotisserie chicken with prices starting at $11.49 in my area for a meal with two sides of your choice and a cornbread.
Traditional chicken cordon bleu consists of chicken pounded thin, wrapped around a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, and then breaded and pan-fried or baked. You can consider Boston Market's version to be a slight deconstruction of the dish.
