Shake Shack Releases New Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce

Shake Shack features black truffle sauce for their latest round of limited-time menu items, which include the new Black Truffle Burger as well as Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce.

Shake Shack's Black Truffle Burger features a grilled beef patty, gruyere cheese, black truffle sauce, and crispy-fried shallots on a toasted potato bun.

New Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce consist of the chain's crinkle-cut fries topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with black truffle sauce for dipping.

The black truffle sauce in both menu items is made with Regalis brand Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil (which, in turn, is made with Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil).

Prices vary but start at $8.79 for the burger and $4.79 for the fries.

Both the Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce can be found at Shake Shack locations nationwide through January 10, 2021. They were initially tested in December of last year at four Shake Shack locations in New York and California.
