Taco Bell Tests New $2 Beefy Melt Burritos in Columbus, OH

Taco Bell is in the midst of testing new $2 Beefy Melt Burritos at select locations in the Columbus, OH area as a potential limited-run value play.

Taco Bell's $2 Beefy Melt Burritos come in three varieties: Cheesy, Crunchy, and Spicy.

Each includes seasoned beef, seasoned rice, three-cheese blend, nacho cheese sauce, and reduced fat sour cream.

The Cheesy Beefy Melt Burrito is the default, while the Crunchy Beefy Melt Burrito also includes new Queso Strips (cheese-flavored tortilla strips) and the Spicy Beefy Melt Burrito includes pickled jalapeno slices and Creamy Chipotle sauce.

If the name sounds familiar, Taco Bell once offered most of the same ingredients as the Beefy Melt Burrito back in 2011.

Besides the Crunch Beefy Melt Burrito (because you can't get the new chips), you can order the same burritos at any Taco Bell restaurant by customizing the $1 Beef Burrito on their current value menu.
