Burger King Italy Gets Its Own Line of New Italian King Burgers

Burger King Italy gets its own Italian Kings line of burger introduced earlier this year. Burger King's Italian Kings include three burgers highlighting regional Italian ingredients--one that was just recently added.

First up is the new Pecorino Romano and Scamorza Burger, which features Pecorino Romano DOP sauce and scamorza (a South Italian cheese) served with a grilled beef patty sourced from Italian farms, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh oregano on a toasted brioche bun.

The 'Nduja Burger includes a grilled Italian beef patty, bacon, sauteed onions, lettuce, scamorza cheese, mayo, 'Nduja BBQ sauce ('nduja is a spicy, spreadable pork sausage from Southern Italy), and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP on a toasted brioche bun.

Finally, the Parmigiano Reggiano Burger features a grilled Italian-sourced beef patty, bacon, sauteed onions, arugula, mayo, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP shavings on a toasted brioche bun.
