Chipotle Testing New Pollo Asado in Cincinnati and Sacramento

Chipotle is currently testing new Pollo Asado as their first new flavor of chicken (they're only ever offered their regular "Chicken" previously) at select restaurants in the Cincinnati, OH and Sacramento, CA areas for a limited time.

Chipotle's new Pollo Asado features chicken seasoned with a dry rub of cumin, guajillo peppers, and coriander that's cooked on the grill and then tossed with garlic, chili peppers, fresh-squeezed lime, and chopped cilantro.

In comparison, the chain's regular chicken offering features chicken marinated in a smoky, spicy chipotle pepper adobo and then grilled.

Price-wise, Pollo Asado is priced at $8.50 in an entree compared to $7.85 for their regular chicken.
